• Completing checkout constitutes a legally binding purchase

• Prices, taxes, and shipping fees are displayed at checkout

• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or modify prices at any time

Return, Refund & Order Cancellation Policy

Return Window

You have 30 days from delivery to return eligible items for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility

Returned items must:

• Be unused and in original condition

• Be in original packaging with all tags

• Include proof of purchase and order number

• Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error

Non-Returnable Items

• Gift cards

• Sale or clearance items marked final sale

• Hazardous goods

How to Initiate a Return

Email service@imagjpwspray.com with your order number and reason for return.
Approved returns receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN).

Refunds

• Inspected and approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days

• Funds are issued to the original payment method

• Banks may require an additional 3–5 business days

Restocking Fee

A 15% restocking fee may apply to certain equipment or large items.

Exchanges

Only defective or damaged items are eligible for exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items

• Report within 7 days of delivery

• Photos required

• Replacement or full refund provided

 

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not shipped.

We offer free ground shipping on most U.S. orders over $20*.

*Excludes hoses, RTS-kits, and cups.

Paid Shipping Options

• UPS 2-Day Air: $19.99*

• UPS Next-Day Air: $29.99*

*Exclusions apply to hoses, RTS-kits, and cups.

Same-Day Shipping

Orders placed Monday–Friday by 3:00 PM EDT are eligible for same-day shipping, excluding holidays and carrier delays.
