Return Window

You have 30 days from delivery to return eligible items for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility

Returned items must:

Be unused and in original condition

Be in original packaging with all tags

Include proof of purchase and order number

Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error.

How to Initiate a Return

Email service@imagjpwspray.com with your order number and reason for return.
Approved returns receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN).

Restocking Fee

A 15% restocking fee may apply to certain equipment or large items.

Exchanges

Only defective or damaged items are eligible for exchange.

Report within 7 days of delivery

Replacement or full refund provided

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not shipped.

Additional Information:

Inspected and approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days

Funds are issued to the original payment method
